  11. RANKING OF THE TOP 100 SMALL CORPORATIONS

  14. ranked as this year's number one Hot Growth company on 
  15. Business Week's annual list of America's top 100 small 
  16. companies. This list appeared in the May 25, 1992 
  17. issue of Business Week magazine.

  19. Business Week's Hot Growth companies are ranked 
  20. according to their three-year results in sales growth, 
  21. earnings growth and return on invested capital. Based 
  22. on the latest three years, Artisoft's average annual 
  23. rate of sales growth is 171.3% and average annual rate 
  24. of earnings growth is 321.2%. Based on the latest 
  25. three years' return on invested capital, Artisoft's 
  26. average annual rate of profitability is 64.3%.
